Preheat
oven to 350 degrees.
Mix
together:
1-1/2
cups flour
1-1/2 sticks of butter
1/2 cup chopped nuts
Pour
mixture into bottom of 9x13 pan and bake for 20 minutes. Let cool.
Beat
until creamy:
1
pkg cream cheese
1 cup Cool Whip
1 cup confectioners sugar
Spread
over cooled crust.
Beat
2 small packages of lemon instant pudding with 3 cups of milk for
2 minutes.
Pour
over mixture and top with Cool Whip.
Refrigerate
until firm.
Cut
into squares.
