Hot Fruit

17 oz. can apricot halves (drained)
16 oz. can pear halves (drained)
16 oz. can peach slices (drained)
15-1/4 oz. can pineapple chunks (drained)
15 oz. jar apple sauce
1/4 cup sherry
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
2 Tbl. butter
1/8 tsp. ground nutmeg

Arrange first four ingredients in layers in ungreased 3 quart baking disk. Set aside.

Pour apple sauce into a small sauce pan. Cook uncovered 5-6 minutes.

Stir in sherry, cinnamon & nutmeg.

Pour over fruit. Dot with butter.

Baker 325 degrees for 1 hour.
