Bring
1 cup of water to a boil.
Melt
1 stick of butter or margarine in the water.
Add
a pinch of salt and 1 cup of flour.
Mix
in the pot on the heat until it comes away from the sides.
Remove
from heat and beat in 4 eggs -- one at a time.
Spoon
on ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake
about 20 minutes.
Filling:
1-1/4
cups milk into a package of vanilla instant pudding
Add
half pint of whipped cream.
Blend
together.
Cut
the top off each puff and scoop out the dough.
Fill
each puff and replace the top.
Makes
about 30 small.
