Brie & Apricot Appetizer
1 can crescent rolls
wedge of brie cheese
apricot preserves

Unroll the crescent rolls and place half on the bottom of a baking pan.
(I use a pie plate.)

Place the wedge of brie cheese directly on top -- do not peel the rind.

Place a few tablespoons of apricot preserves on top of the brie.

Place the remaining crescent rolls on top
and pinch sides in order to seal and form a pocket.

Bake at the crescent rolls temperature for about 20 minutes.

Serve with a butter-flavored cracker (like Ritz).
