Artichoke Dip
8 oz. can artichoke hearts (cut small)
3/4 cup parmesan cheese
1 cup mayonnaise
3 Tbl. butter
3 slices bread (small pieces)

Mix all ingredients well and place in casserole dish.

Melt butter in a small sauce pan and add the bread. Coat well.

Place on top of artichoke mixture.

Bake at 350 degrees until it bubbles.

Serve with plain water crackers.
